In solidarity with the incredible care workers across the country, and to raise money for my late Grandma’s care home, I’m going to be working my own 12 hour shift: Throwing a ball against a Crazy Catch as many times as possible in a 12 hour period.
Care-workers work incredibly hard to care for our loved ones, working long hours for a modest wage and usually very little recognition. This is especially honourable during this pandemic, as care-workers are literally risking their lives to care for those who need it most.

Just wonderful, I've been looking for "how do hockey players train" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Banonnor Veyathan Release - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
